If the captain cancels the trip because of inclement weather conditions, clients will receive a refund of the $100 deposit they made. However, should customers decide to cancel their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time, they will be required to pay the full amount. If cancellations occur before the 48-hour window, we will keep the initial deposit, but you will not be obligated to pay the entire cost of the trip
